This episode was inspired by a friend of mine who ended his own life after things went seriously wrong in his business. 

Episode 2 Realistic Expectation

This episode deals with a realistic expectation. Statistically every business will face some form of crises every 3 to 6 months. Cultivating a realistic expectation will enable you to take constructive action when the crises hits. If we only expect good times the crises will catch us by surprise. So the basic advice is storm proof your business so you are in a position to weather the inevitable business storms.

A positive expectation is critical to success. In this episode I discuss the responsibility we have to foster a positive expectation. Although many think being positive or negative is a personality type, I explain that programming ourselves to be and consistently remain positive is essential. 

My Story - get to know me a bit better

Everyone has a story; one profound fact is that we can learn from each other’s stories.  In this episode I want to give the listener a bit of insight into my past. I believe the past does not equal the future but it does provide a foundation for it.
